Waiter (Maldivian)

Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa is situated in the South Ari Atoll which is about 25-minutes by seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport. This island is 900 meters long by 250 meters wide and surrounded by a spectacular house reef. We have a total of 194 rooms with 2 buffet restaurants, 2 a la carte restaurants and 4 bars.

We are looking for motivated, customer service oriented and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our Vilamendhoo Family!

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Restaurant Head Waiter/ Outlet Supervisor, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• To serve food & beverage items to the correct standards as implemented by F&B Management.
• To be fully aware of working practices within Health, Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines.
• Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy. And serve the guest in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist guests and employees in a friendly, courteous and timely manner

Qualifications:

• With at least 1 year related experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Must be physically fit and well-groomed
