Outlet Supervisor (Maldivian)

Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa is situated in the South Ari Atoll which is about 25-minutes by seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport. This island is 900 meters long by 250 meters wide and surrounded by a spectacular house reef. We have a total of 194 rooms with 2 buffet restaurants, 2 a la carte restaurants and 4 bars.

We are looking for motivated, customer service oriented and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our Vilamendhoo Family!

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the F&B Manager/F&B Operations Manager/Outlet Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

To plan, direct, organize and control the service activities of the assigned food & beverage outlet in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in positive guest feedback.
To ensure staff are trained adequately in professional and responsible food & beverage service.
To have an in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage service.
Assist the F&B Operations Manager in the supervision and implementation of promotions
Establishment and maintaining effective employee relations.
Supervise the outlet in terms of requisitions, wastage and spoilage, breakages & proper stock handling procedures.
Monitor and maintain Hygiene, cleanliness and safety Standards within the outlet which aligned with HACCP standard.

Qualifications:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents; listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Maldivian with minimum 2 years in Hotel Restaurant experience and at least a year in supervisory position
Must be well-groomed, neat and clean
