Sports Center Assistant

We are looking for a Sports Center Assistant to cooperatively work with all the team members in providing excellent customer service to all guests. Assists the SEA Manager with all the activities related to the Sports Center.

Meeru Island is located in North Male’ Atoll accessible via boat from the International Airport. The island features 284 rooms, four large F&B outlets, extensive water sports, diving facilities as well as a large fleet of vessels. This beautiful island was one of the first resorts in the Maldives and offers a vibrant and rich heritage; it is Simply Maldives.

You’re Responsibilities:

• Monitor and carry out monthly stock inventory of equipment and stocks for sale at the Sports Center
• Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the Sports Center and Golfing Range grounds on a daily basis
• Check regularly all equipment and sports center facility and areas for repairs and maintenance
• Assist in the weekly Sports Center activities
• Update the notice board on a daily basis for all activities and events

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Outgoing, friendly and cheerful personality
• Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
