ISLAND HOST (GERMAN SPEAKING)

Meeru Maldives Resort Island is looking for dynamic, highly motivated individuals to join our family to liaise directly with guests and ensure their well-being, comfort, satisfaction and perfection of service are attained.

• Coordinate with all departments on all guest welfare matters for a smooth, courteous & efficient service
• Ensure all necessary reports like VIP list, arrival list is available
• Welcome & greet guests and provide a smooth and seamless registration upon arrival
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, excursion arrangements or any other requests that maybe needed

• Minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry preferably in Front Office / Guest Services
• Educational background in hospitality and tourism
• With good command of the German language; Other languages (French, Spanish, Chinese) is an advantage
• Preferably with an island resort experience
• Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
• Outgoing, friendly and has cheerful personality
