Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is concerned with the cleanliness of guest rooms and other common areas, training and over viewing of room staff and their work practices and the speedy room return of Reception. Ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints are handled to their delight.

Meeru Island is located in North Male’ Atoll accessible via boat from the International Airport. The island features 284 rooms, four large F&B outlets, extensive water sports, diving facilities as well as a large fleet of vessels. This beautiful island was one of the first resorts in the Maldives and offers a vibrant and rich heritage; it is Simply Maldives.

You’re Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent customer service by consistently prioritizing customer needs
• Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support colleagues in the pursuit of team goals
• Actively promote the services and facilities

Our Requirements:

• GCE O’ Level or diploma in hospitality
• Minimum of 2 years experience required in a similar capacity
• Excellent command in English
• Strong administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
