HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Meeru Maldives Resort Island is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing an excellent customer service to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of rooms and common areas are kept according to standards
• Inspect guest rooms assigned to room attendants on a daily basis
• Maintain perpetual inventory, and controls and issues Housekeeping daily supplies and equipment
• Plan and provide care for equipment, furnishing and building in coordination with the Engineering / Maintenance department
• Train and overview the room attendants on the standard work practices of housekeeping

• GCE O’ Level 4 Pass
• Minimum of 2 years experience required in a similar position
• Customer-driven, excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
• Basic knowledge in computer skills
