F&B Outlet Manager

We are looking for a F&B Outlet Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a particular restaurant or outlet in a way that maximize customer satisfaction

Meeru Island is located in North Male’ Atoll accessible via boat from the International Airport. The island features 284 rooms, four large F&B outlets, extensive water sports, diving facilities as well as a large fleet of vessels. This beautiful island was one of the first resorts in the Maldives and offers a vibrant and rich heritage; it is Simply Maldives.

You’re Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, organize and control the service activities of the assigned food & beverage outlet in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
• Develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet and actively promote and support guest programs
• To work closely with the management and sales ‘’event’’ team to support all requested functions
• Ensure efficient staffing & food production to accurately forecast business demands
• Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure

Our Requirements:

• At least 5 years work experience in operations including a minimum of 2 year as a supervisor or a similar position
• A graduate of a hotel school is ideal, though any combination of education and experience that gives the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal; Other languages (German, Russian, French, Spanish, Chinese) is an advantage
• Customer-driven, excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
• Must have strong knowledge of food and beverage service in a Hotel or restaurant
