Excursion Assistant

We are looking for a talented candidate to join our family as an Excursion Assistant who upsells, organizes and leads all guest activities, excursions, entertainment in order to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional, and efficient service to all guests to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Meeru Maldives Resort Island is located in North Male’ Atoll accessible via boat from the International Airport. The island features 284 rooms, four large F&B outlets, extensive water sports, diving facilities as well as a large fleet of vessels. This beautiful island was one of the first resorts in the Maldives and offers a vibrant and rich heritage; it is Simply Maldives.

Responsibilities:

• To accompany all excursions.
• Update sports flyer and Notice Board regarding daily activities
• Carry out daily and monthly administrative tasks to support the department.
• Assist the SEA Manager with administration and planning
• Coordinate and liaise with related departments in quests, daily activities & requirements in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Outgoing, friendly and cheerful personality
• Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
