    We are looking for a Commis to assist the Demi Chef De Partie in ensuring the quality and quantity of all prepared food in accordance to the standards. Able to work in an all day dine in restaurant with various international cuisines.

    Meeru Island is located in North Male’ Atoll accessible via boat from the International Airport. The island features 284 rooms, four large F&B outlets, extensive water sports, diving facilities as well as a large fleet of vessels. This beautiful island was one of the first resorts in the Maldives and offers a vibrant and rich heritage; it is Simply Maldives.

     

    You’re Responsibilities:

    • To assist the Demi Chef De Partie with the daily kitchen tasks as per assigned kitchen.
    • To be fully aware of the general kitchen operations.
    • To ensure cleanliness in all food preparation areas are well-maintained in compliance with the Food Safety and Health standards.

    Our Requirements:

    • Any combination of education and experience, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
    • At least 3 year’s previous experience preferred in the following areas : Butchery, Hot Kitchen, Bakery/Pastry
      First Aid Training preferred. Health and Kitchen Safety certificate is an advantage.
