    Chef De Partie

    We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team to support the Sous Chef in directing and organizing the activities of the Kitchen such as establishing and maintaining the required culinary standards

     

    Meeru Island is located in North Male’ Atoll accessible via boat from the International Airport. The island features 284 rooms, four large F&B outlets, extensive water sports, diving facilities as well as a large fleet of vessels. This beautiful island was one of the first resorts in the Maldives and offers a vibrant and rich heritage; it is Simply Maldives.

     

    You’re Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for guest comment scores in the outlets
    • Ensure that all Commis follow the relevant sanitation requirements
    • Ensure that all responsibilities and tasks are completed as directed by the Sous Chef
    • Support the Sous Chef by providing solutions and alternatives where necessary.

    Our Requirements:

    • Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
    • At least three years previous experience in the same capacity in a similar environment required
    • Excellent communication skills
    • First Aid, Fire Safety, Health and Kitchen Safety Trainings preferred
