He has held leadership roles in various countries, including the United States, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, showcasing his commitment to excellence and passion for hospitality. His career highlights include roles in sales, marketing, revenue, distribution, and resort operations, with a focus on luxury hotels and upscale properties.
Roberts is known for his collaborative leadership style and innovative approach, making him an excellent addition to the Crown & Champa Resorts collection.
