This annual award (formerly known as the Certificate of Excellence) recognizes businesses that consistently deliver outstanding service in hospitality. The awards are determined based on the quality and quantity of authentic traveller reviews and ratings posted on Tripadvisor over 12 months and an additional editorial process.
Tripadvisor’s awards are presented in two categories: “The Best of the Best and Travelers’ Choice.
Best of the Best award winners are among the top 1% of Tripadvisor listings and are the highest honour. Based on traveller interests, the Best Of the Best are further awarded category ranking and is listed as the Top 25.
