Bartender

We are looking for an experienced Bartender with Flaring skills. Innovation, excellent communication skills, creativity, customer service orientation skills, positive attitude are some of the key requirements for the position.

Kuredu Island Resort has 388 rooms, 7 Restaurants and 9 Bars, surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and long stretches of white, sandy beach in Lhaviyani Atoll. Your Responsibilities:

• To stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing menu recommendations
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, following established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and utensils, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met
• Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices

Our Requirements

• ‘A’ level pass or equivalent qualification
• Minimum2-3 Years’ experience as Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishments
• Speaks German, Chinese and Russian would be an additional qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and pouring ingredients
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the food and beverage industry
