SECURITY SUPERVISOR

We are looking for highly passionate and reliable individual who will be overseeing the implementation of all safety and security programs for the purpose of providing protection and a sense of well-being to all guests and employees while supervising the Security Guards and ensure duties are carried out in accordance with resorts’ procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure security officers to maintain order throughout the resort. Assist with the training of new employees according to all resorts’ specifications including documentation.  Ensure that assign duties and schedule staff are carried out, balancing needs of resort and productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards and preventative measures. Develop and administer safety incentive programs.
• Monitor for efficiency safety and security related programs for overall resort including: lost and found process, auditing of issuance of hotel keys, chemical, CPR and Fire, Preparedness training, evacuation drills, etc.
• Compile and submit departmental reports such as property loss correspondence, Incident reports and updating the logbook. Read incoming correspondence and disseminate pertinent information to staff members.

Our Requirements:

• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Minimum two years’ previous service with five star property.
• Must maintain a neat, personal hygiene, clean and well-groomed (Specific standards available)
