    Job summary

    The Resort Doctor actively assist and monitors the health care of all the team members and resort guests and will be responsible to provide high standards of individualized care to everyone in island

    Candidate profile

    • MBBS / MD Degree holder with valid practicing license and registration with the Maldives Medical and Dental Council
    • Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
    • Excellent command of written & spoken English
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Flexible with duty hours & scope, and a team player.

    Job Description

    • Examining injuries and illnesses for guests and team members.
    • Attend to any emergency situations and accompany guests in cases of hospital visits.
    • Maintain accurate records of Guest & Team Members and be efficient with timely reporting.
    • Maintain the stock of medicines and replenish first aid boxes, as required by the Health & Safety regulations.
    • Issue sick certificates for Team Members and authorise hospital visits
    • Ensure the proper maintenance of all medical equipment and hygiene of clinic .
