Island Host

We are looking an outgoing candidate to join our front office team at Komandoo Island Resort & Spa, Maldives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides personalized, thoughtful, smart, caring and sincere service from arrivals until departures.
• Ensures personalized service is provided, by identifying guest needs, preferences and other necessary information.
• Collaborates with other departments to fulfil guest needs and requests.
• Knowledgeable of Resort facilities, services, activities and F&B menus.
• Updates in the system on guest preference, feedback, likes and dislikes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication and upselling skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Perfect physical health
