    Human Resources Coordinator

    We are looking for a dynamic, self-efficient candidate with experience in administrative functions in Human Resources or any other field  to join our team at Komandoo Island Resort & Spa, Maldives.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure HR database is accurately updated on a regular basis.
    • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records of all employees.
    • Updating internal databases with new hire information.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
    • Making travel arrangement for staff transfers to and from the resort.
    • Work in close coordination with the Recreation Club for planning and execution of staff events, functions and activities
    • Assist the HR Manager in ensuring publication of monthly newsletter.
    • Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed by the HRM.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR, Hotel Management or any related fields.
    • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.
    • Proficient in use of  Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
    • Organizational skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
