Training Supervisor

We are looking for a Training Supervisor who is enthusiastic and with great attitude to be responsible for managing the operations and delivering an excellent experience.

Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa is a charming, unpretentious island for those seeking the natural connection between wellness and relaxation. The resort features 50 villas with 5 F&B outlets located at the tip of North Male’, which is 60 minutes away from Velana International Airport by speedboat. Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify training needs within the resort.
• Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to meet identified needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees, including orientation programs, leadership development, and other relevant topics.
• Work with employees and managers to create and implement development plans.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Develop and manage the training budget efficiently.
• Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and training.

Our Requirements:

• The candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the same capacity.
• Good knowledge of carrying out training and prepare training materials.
• To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, demonstrate all duties and tasks.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of the Maldivian Law.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Must be physically fit and agile to perform duties of the job.
