BOAT CAPTAIN (LOCAL)

We are looking for an experienced  BOAT CAPTAIN to join our team. A positive mindset, excellent communication, and technical boat-driving skills are some of the requirements for this position.

Innahura Resort Maldives has 76 rooms, 1 Restaurant, and 2 Bars, surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and long stretches of white, sandy beach in Lhaviyani Atoll. Seaplane transfer from Velana International Airport is a scenic 40-minute flight. We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. We also provide our team members with accommodation, food, laundry services, a team Shop and other indoor & out activities such as team gym, badminton, billiards etc., that make your job perform the most.

You’re Responsibilities:

• Carry out the function of boat driving
• Keep record of the trips and boat inventory
• Supervise the crew members
• Ensure all equipment on-board are in perfect working condition and the boat is well maintained and clean
• Any maintenance of the boat should be communicated to the  Transport Manager/Coordinator

• Relevant qualification and driving license
• Physically fit to work long hours on the sea
• Eye for detail
• Young, energetic and well organized
• Basic English
