Bar Waiter

We are looking for a dynamic, self-efficient Bar Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at Hurawalhi.

The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort.  A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. We also provide our team members with accommodation, food, laundry services, team shop and other indoor & out activities such as team pool, gym, paddles, tennis, badminton, billiards etc., that make your job perform the most.

Main Responsibilities;

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests at all bar outlets
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly according to resort standards
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes and brand guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Ensure correct billing procedures and handle cash or POS transactions responsibly
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Follow all relevant Health, Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines.
• Provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

Requirements;

• At least two-year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service procedures
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be physically fit and well-groomed.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
