Fitness Instructor

We are looking for individuals who is reliable, engaging and are highly passionate about delivering true genuine guest experiences as Fitness Instructor.

The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort.  A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. You ‘re Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines
• Watch guests do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness
• Give alternative exercises during workouts for different levels of fitness and skill
• Monitor gusrsts’ progress and adapt programs as needed
• Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment
• Give gusets information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues
• Inspects the fitness equipment on an ongoing basis to ensure that there are no problems that would keep it from operating safely.
• Keeps records of routine maintenance and repairs of the facility and the fitness equipment and makes recommendations to upper management regarding their replacement

Our Requirements:

• Have a strong passion for hospitality and attaining guests’ fitness and wellness being.
• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• At least three years’ previous experience the same role in a similar environment required.
• First Aid and CPR Training preferred.
• Enthusiastic and result oriented.
