Waiter

We are looking for a dynamic, self-efficient Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at Hurawalhi.

The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort.  A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. We also provide our team members with accommodation, food, laundry services, team shop and other indoor & out activities such as team pool, gym, paddles, tennis, badminton, billiards etc., that make your job perform the most.

Main Responsibilities;

• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• To serve food and beverage orders by following the established standards.
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean at all times.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders and offer menu recommendations upon request.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Follow all relevant Health, Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines.
• Provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

Requirements;

• At least two-year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be physically fit and well-groomed.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
