The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort.  A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. Responsibilities Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef, with a strong background in Michelin-starred establishments, fine dining, and Asian cuisine
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills, including team training and quality control.
• Exceptional expertise in menu creation, fine dining presentation, and consistency.
• Solid knowledge of food cost control, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to deliver creativity and operational excellence in a luxury Island resort environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication skills &  computer literate.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training is required.
