Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Crown and Champa Resorts has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager in the office based in Maldives.

To enhance our Sales team, we are seeking for a self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and experienced candidate who will be incorporating the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Creating memorable, well-executed and sophisticated groups and events for a wide range of clientele by planning and organising with clients with an aim of creating repeat guests
• Exceeding financial quotas and customer service criteria as well as revenue targets
• Set clear strategies to enhance account performance and achieve annual budgeted goals
• Ensuring all clients/guests are responded to promptly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the Crown and Champa resorts to ensure a seamless experience for the client/guest
• Conduct site inspections and meet with clients to discuss their requirements
