Asst. E-Commerce Manager

Crown and Champa Resorts has an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager to join our corporate office based at Kuredu Island Resort & Spa. To enhance our E-Commerce team, we are seeking for a self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and experienced candidate.

Job Description:

• In-house and agency-driven digital campaign management, including reconciliations & reporting
• Develop e-mail marketing campaigns
• Website content management & SEO
• Assist with social media content management.
• Reputation Management & Guest Feedback systems management
• Payment gateways & booking engine management
• Assist with MarTech selection & implementation.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of working experience in hospitality based in a hotel or working with a digital ad agency/OTA/SaaS serving hotels.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising, design and web development will be an advantage.
• Experience in payment gateways & booking engines will be desirable.
