    Airport Representative

    Crown and Champa Resorts has an exciting opportunity for an Airport Representative. To enhance our Airport team, we are seeking for a self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and experienced candidate.

    Job Description:

    • Handling guest arrivals and departures.
    • Assist with guest luggage when can and required.
    • Give all hotel facilities information to the guest and assist them to the check-in for seaplane or speed boat.
    • Inform Airport Manager, Airport Assistant Managers & Lounge Hosts when VIP’s are on their way to TMA Terminal.
    • Be present at all scheduled flight landings to assist arriving and departing guests with baggage clearance and directing them to transport facilities.
    • Stand by at the arrival hall for every arrival flight.
    • Inform all the additional instructions for guests or informations about guest arrival or departure to the respective hotels.
    • In case of a (go-show) inform to the respective hotel(s) to arrange their transfer to resort and assist them to their transportation.
    • Any changes on arrival and departure flight must be reported to Airport Manager/ Airport Assistant Managers.
    • If there is a problem on duty without the presence of the Airport Manager/ Airport Assistant Managers, must be discussed and reported to the Front Office Manager or Guest Services Manager of the respective hotel.
    • Responsible for good service and maintain close relationship with all official sectors at the airport and most of all, maintain a spirit of team work among the hotel’s personnel.
    • Ensure a neat appearance and grooming standard of airport representatives.
    • Anything that is related to operations as well as in an emergency dispensation, must be communicated with the Airport Manager/ Airport Assistant Managers.
    • Must follow the working schedule properly. Any changes to be reported and approved by Airport Manager/ Airport Assistant Managers
    • Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel(s).
    • VIP and VVIP guests are to be welcomed at the airport and ensure transportation is pre-arranged.
    • Maintain a good relationship with airline personnel, immigration and custom officers under the guidance of the Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to read and write in English language, other languages are an advantage in this position. A graduate in related fields with a certificate 3 or diploma.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in hospitality based in a hotel.
