Luggage Attendant & Driver – Maldivian

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join us as a Luggage Attendant & Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring the safe transportation of guests and their luggage to and from the hotel, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations, such as airports, ferry terminals, and other destinations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the hotel vehicles, ensuring they are in excellent condition at all times.
• Provide assistance to guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring items are handled with care and attention to detail.
• Offer information about local attractions and other points of interest to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving hotel vehicles.
• Assist with other duties within the hotel premises as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

• O’level or equivalent.
• Valid Maldives driving license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
