    Cost Controller (Maldivian)

    As a key pillar of our finance department, you will play an integral role in overseeing and managing all aspects of cost control within our hotel. We are in search of an individual with a keen eye for detail, formidable analytical skills, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships across various departments to ensure financial efficiency and unwavering accuracy.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and analyze cost expenditure across departments.
    • Implement cost control measures to optimize spending and maximize profitability.
    • Prepare budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Generate reports and present findings to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Previous experience in cost control or similar financial role preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
    • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices is a plus.
